No appointment is needed to use a RightTimeKIDS center.

RightTimeKIDS staff members are childcare professionals. Before being hired, candidates are put through extensive background checks and personal interviews. Once they become RightTimeKIDS team members, employees are certified in infant and child CPR and put through our own comprehensive training program. Our team members have taken care of literally thousands of children and have provided hundreds of thousands of hours of high quality childcare. There’s always more than one staff member working at a RightTimeKIDS center, which means everyone has help and back up.

There are no minimum stay requirements. Some areas may regulate how long a child can be left with a drop-in childcare center, so check with your local center to determine if there are any maximum stay limitations.

At RightTimeKIDS there is always plenty for kids to do. First, your kids will get to interact and socialize with a diverse group of children. They also get to play group games, create art projects and participate in a whole host of other activities. Check with your local center for a daily schedule and special events happening in your area.

You can download a registration form for the center in your area from the center's information page. Just complete it and bring it with you on your first visit.

Safety and security are of the utmost importance to everyone at RightTimeKIDS. Our facilities and policies are designed with this in mind. Our staff is comprised of trained and experienced childcare professionals. All RightTimeKIDS staff members are certified in infant and child first aid and CPR. Each employee has had a complete background check prior to hiring, including criminal and employment screening. The facilities contain surveillance cameras in multiple locations. A photo ID is required in order to pick-up a child and a child will only be released to persons designated on registration forms or in your RightTimeKIDS profile. Complete emergency procedures are on file at every location.

We want RightTimeKIDS to be there right when you need it. Our centers are typically open throughout the weekday and into the evening. We also stay open late on Friday and Saturday night so you can have a night out. Please check the individual center's information page for hours of operation or call your local center for information.

Children are in good hands at RightTimeKIDS. For every center there will always be one caregiver per every 1 to 5 children under 2 years of age and for children 2 years and up, there is a 10 children to one caregiver ratio. Staff is scheduled daily to exceed these minimum requirements so that the children will have more personal attention. Every RightTimeKIDS center has staff on-call in the event that more caregivers are needed.

Absolutely! Please feel free to stop in at any time and ask for a tour. A staff member will ask you to sign-in and will then show you around. You can ask questions, meet the staff, and see the center in operation.
