Lori Klein

President & CEO
Co-founder of RightTime KiDS Franchising, LLC

Lori started out on Madison Avenue, working for a global advertising firm. For the next 20 years, she proved herself successful in marketing, management and business start-ups, eventually leading her from New York to Istanbul, then New Orleans, and now Raleigh, NC. Along the way she earned an M.A. in Clinical Psychology, served as an individual and family counselor, and also received her certification in Developmental Assessment.

In 2005 Lori opened RightTime KiDS in Raleigh, NC and currently owns and operates the North Raleigh facility. She cofounded RightTime KiDS Franchising in 2008 and serves as its President and CEO.

She is a strong advocate for children's causes, and through RightTime KiDS, has rallied community support for pediatric health care, food collection and many of her local customers' charitable interests. Lori also serves as a board member for Scott-Free, a non-profit whose purpose is to enable at-risk children to experience summer camp at no cost to their families. She is heavily involved in fund-raising for local children's causes including Duke Children's Hospital, Food Shuttle "Backpack Buddies" Program, local school auctions and fund-raisers, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She currently serves on her local PTA Leadership Team and is an active member of the Wake Forest Chamber of Commerce.

Lori enjoys reading, traveling, and running with her big hairy dog. More importantly, raising a son and daughter have given her a combined 21 years of hands-on experience in what she calls creative childhood development, care management, and comfort counseling. Of course, this prepared her perfectly for a successful role at the helm of RightTime KiDS!
